You’ll work with a modern Microsoft stack (.NET 8, Azure, MySQL, CosmosDB, and Kubernetes) collaborating across teams to design and deliver solutions that power critical applications. **This role will be part of a Data Ingestion team focused on building scalable pipelines and services that process large volumes of data in real time and batch environments. You will be a top contender if you bring prior experience designing, optimizing, or maintaining data ingestion systems, streaming architectures, or distributed data processing solutions in cloud environments.** 🗓 Start date: ASAP 📆 Contract length: Indefinite 🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7\.30 to 16\.30 PST 🏡 Work mode: 100% remote 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing * Design and implement back\-end services and APIs using .NET 8\+ and microservices architecture * Develop and optimize database solutions with MySQL and CosmosDB for scalability and performance * Work in a cloud\-native Azure environment to deploy and manage solutions * Containerize applications and handle deployments using Kubernetes * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and resilience * Conduct unit and basic end\-to\-end testing to ensure quality before release * Participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, and ensure high standards * Collaborate closely with front\-end, DevOps, and product teams to align goals and delivery ✅ What You Need to Succeed Must\-haves * 3–5 years of experience with .NET Core / .NET 8 * Proficiency in MySQL, with exposure to CosmosDB * Hands\-on experience with microservices architecture * Experience deploying services in Microsoft Azure * Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration * Ability to write and validate tests (unit, functional) for your own code * Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud\-native development practices * Strong problem\-solving mindset and collaborative spirit * Advanced\+ English level and experience in agile environments Nice\-to\-haves * Experience in Azure\-based production environments * Familiarity with event\-driven architectures * Background working with distributed systems * Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows * Understanding of DevOps practices in cloud\-native ecosystems 🚀 Bonus Points ***You will be a top contender if you have previous experience building or maintaining data ingestion pipelines, processing high\-volume data streams, or working with ETL/ELT workflows in cloud\-native environments.*** 🧭 What to Expect from Our Hiring Process We aim for a quick, friendly, and insightful selection experience: * Initial Interview (60 min) – with our Talent Acquisition Specialist * Culture Fit Chat (30 min) – with our Team Engagement Manager * Meet the Team (60 min) \- technical interview * Follow\-up interview with the Engineering Team (Optional \- 60 min) 🌟 Why Join Launchpad?
