First Help Financial is embarking on a new growth phase involving multiple game\-changing projects. \#Python \#SQL \#DataScience \#MachineLearning \#ModelDevelopment \#ModelDeployment \#AWS ***What you will do:*** Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems such as risk prediction, customer segmentation, and process optimization. * Collaborate with engineering, data team, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and data requirements. * Clean, preprocess, and transform large and complex datasets for model training and validation. * Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for training, testing, and deployment in production environments. * Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and validation techniques. * Integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications and systems using APIs or microservices. * Monitor, maintain, and improve models post\-deployment to ensure accuracy and business relevance. * Document technical processes and communicate findings and results to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
