This person will be responsible for providing **technical leadership**, enforcing best practices, and working hands\-on in building and optimizing data pipelines in a cloud (AWS) environment. **Responsibilities;*** Design, develop, and maintain high\-quality data pipelines within AWS.Work with **Python** to collect, transform, and standardize data (ETL processes) * Utilize tools and services such as **AWS Glue, S3, IAM, Data Catalog, Redshift**, among others. * Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and provide support for existing pipelines.Define technical standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior team members. * Participate in the full lifecycle of solutions: architecture, implementation, testing, and validation. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, data quality, and governance. * Collaborate with global teams to ensure solutions meet business and project requirements. **Required Qualifications:*** **Advanced/Fluent English is** **non\-negotiabl****e** for daily communication with international teams. * Strong experience as a **Data** **Engineer**. * Proficiency in **Python** for data manipulation and transformation (ETL). * Hands\-on experience with **AWS**, especially Glue, S3, and IAM. * Experience with IaC ( **Infrastructure as** **Code****).** * Solid background in designing, building, and testing data pipelines. * Ability to work autonomously, propose improvements, and maintain high\-quality standards. **Nice to Have:*** Knowledge of non\-functional requirements: performance, security, privacy, GDPR.Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (Redshift, EMR, Snowflake). * Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience automating tasks using Python or other scripting languages. **Desired Profile:** We are looking for a hands\-on, proactive, and collaborative professional with strong technical leadership skills.
