Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Data Engineer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on designing and developing innovative AI\-powered solutions while leveraging your expertise in cloud\-based technologies. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. **Responsibilities** * Contribute to the design and development of AI\-powered tools, including AI Assistants, AI Assessments, AI Playlists, and Content Authorization solutions * Work with AI frameworks and large language models (LLMs) such as Llama 3\.1 to develop AI\-driven products * Build and maintain cloud\-based applications using Azure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine and estimate new feature development, aligning with business goals * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices * Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of code * Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to project standards * Participate in agile ceremonies, estimate user stories, and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement * Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the development lifecycle * Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and APIs * Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high\-quality solutions **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related role * Experience in designing and developing AI\-powered solutions, including tools like AI Assistants, AI Assessments, AI Playlists, and Content Authorization systems * Proficiency in Python and hands\-on experience with AI frameworks and LLM models such as Llama 3\.1 * Expertise in implementing and maintaining cloud\-based applications using Azure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security * Familiarity with agile methodologies, including participation in agile ceremonies, user story estimation, and sprint planning * Strong ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimization within the development lifecycle * Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed features and APIs * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher
