Fullstack Developer Senior (Bilingue)

We’re looking for a hands\-on Senior Full\-Stack developer to lead our technology vision and drive scalable growth. You’ll own InEvent’s tech strategy, lead engineering teams, and build secure, high\-performance systems that power our products and services. This is a key leadership role with real influence over product direction and business outcomes. **What You’ll Do** * Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals and rapid scaling. * Lead and mentor engineering and technology teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning. * Drive digital transformation and improve product, platform, and process efficiency. * Design and oversee secure, scalable system architecture and infrastructure. * Manage the tech budget and make smart, cost\-effective technology decisions. * Work closely with founders, leadership, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions. * Manage vendors, cloud platforms, and technology partners. * Ensure strong data security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * 5\+ years in a senior technology leadership role (startup experience a plus). * Strong background in software development, cloud platforms, and system architecture. * Proven experience scaling products, teams, and infrastructure. * Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and best practices. * Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Must be comfortable working in a remote setting. * Fluent English and Portuguese Speaker. **Nice to Have** * Master’s degree or relevant certifications (AWS, PMP, ITIL, CISSP). * Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
