Full Stack Engineer

**Job Overview:**   We're looking for Full Stack Software Engineers (junior to senior level) to join our lean, fast\-moving engineering team. You'll work directly with the CTO and collaborate daily with business and operations teams, with real ownership over what you build.  You will help build and evolve our newly launched platform v4, a system rebuilt from the ground up and now powering operations for top CPG brands worldwide.  This is a unique opportunity to work hands‑on with the latest web technologies, including Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Convex, and modern real‑time SaaS patterns, while contributing to new platform capabilities from day one.    **Main Responsabilities:**      • Build and ship features across the full stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Convex.     • Work directly with business and operations teams: understand what they need, then build it.     • Extend our state‑machine–driven workflow engine to support new customer journeys and internal processes.     • Help scale our multi‑tenant architecture (Organizations, BUs, Projects) as we onboard new customers.     • Write clean, tested code using our existing tooling.     • Expand internationalization support across English, Portuguese, and Spanish.    **Qualifications:**      • Experience building web applications with React and Next.js.     • Working knowledge of TypeScript.     • Comfortable with Git and GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, code review).     • Intermediate English — you’ll collaborate with global clients and an international team.     • Clear communicator who can talk to non‑technical stakeholders about technical trade‑offs.    **Nice to have:**        • Experience with real‑time or event‑driven backends (Convex, Firebase, Supabase, or similar).     • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or utility‑first styling approaches.     • Exposure to state machines or workflow orchestration patterns.     • Experience working in a multi‑tenant SaaS environment.      **What you’ll gain:**            • A modern stack from day one: Next.js 15, React 19, Convex, Tailwind.
