You will deliver robust infrastructure designs, perform PoCs, and align DevOps practices with industry standards. **Responsibilities:*** Design secure, scalable, and cost\-aware AWS architectures, collaborating directly with software architects and development teams. * Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, relying on DRY and maintainable YAML configurations. * Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. You will write and maintain modules, manage remote state, workspaces, state locking, and safely refactor existing code. * Build and ship services using Docker, managing image optimization, tagging strategies, and AWS ECR. * Monitor system performance using CloudWatch, setting up comprehensive logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure high availability. * Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, deployments, and applications. * Integrate strict security practices, designing least\-privilege IAM policies, security groups, and NACLs. * Conduct PoCs to evaluate new tools, methodologies, and architectural changes. * Write and maintain clear technical documentation, including READMEs and runbook\-style guides. **Qualifications:*** Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer focused on AWS platform architecture and scalable infrastructure design. * Deep, hands\-on experience with core AWS services: VPC, EC2, ALB/NLB, IAM, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB. * Production\-level proficiency with Terraform (modules, state management, versioning). * Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and utilizing YAML for infrastructure and deployment definitions. * Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar). * Proven experience with containerization using Docker and registries like ECR. * Solid understanding of AWS networking (subnets, routing) and security best practices (IAM roles/policies). * Operational mindset with a strong track record of debugging production issues and managing telemetry via CloudWatch. * Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to engineers and stakeholders. **Nice to Have*** Working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts (pods, services, deployments) and experience deploying or supporting workloads on Amazon EKS. * Experience managing multi\-account AWS environments. * Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices. * Prior experience working in regulated or highly security\-conscious environments. * Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA). * Background in software development or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). \#LI\-AM2 **Our benefits:*** Health and dental insurance * Meal and food allowance * Childcare assistance * Extended paternity leave * Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR); * Life insurance * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club * Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well\-being * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course * Partnerships with online learning platforms * Language learning platform And many more!
