We empower these businesses with seamless, secure, and accessible financial solutions in order to provide essential government services with confidence. **About the Role** We’re looking for a **Full Stack Software Engineer who treats AI as a partner, not just a tool.** You’ll build end\-to\-end features across the stack while creatively leveraging AI to accelerate development, automate workflows, and design scalable, flexible systems. You’ll work in a fast\-moving environment focused on transforming complex data into intelligent products. From building a credit matrix and automating sales/marketing workflows to designing dashboards and public\-data scrapers, you’ll directly shape Ótmow’s core technology. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain features using **React (TypeScript)** and **Python (FastAPI or Flask)** . * **Collaborate with AI tools** (GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to speed up coding, automate tasks, and improve quality. * Design and execute **web scraping jobs** to extract structured data from public transparency portals. * Develop and integrate infrastructure on **GCP (Cloud Run, Firestore, Firebase Auth)** and **Supabase (PostgreSQL)** . * Implement product features such as **credit matrices, automation tools, and performance dashboards.** * Ensure **data integrity and quality** across systems. * Actively participate in **architecture design, code reviews, and planning sessions.** * Experiment with **emerging AI models** and evaluate their potential for development, automation, and decision support. **Required Skills** * **2\+ years** of experience in full\-stack development. * Strong proficiency with **TypeScript and React** . * Solid experience with **Python** and backend frameworks ( **FastAPI, Flask** ). * Experience with **web scraping** (Playwright, BeautifulSoup, requests). * Familiarity with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** and **version control (Git, CI/CD)** . * Fluency in **AI\-assisted development tools** such as GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc. * Ability to **work independently** and communicate clearly in a remote setup. * **Advanced English** (for documentation and discussions) and **Native Portuguese** (for technical and business communication). * Ability to work under **Pessoa Jurídica (PJ)** in Brazil. **Preferred Skills** * Experience scraping dynamic websites or handling anti\-bot systems. * Background in **data\-driven products or credit/fintech platforms.** * Knowledge of **AI APIs or model fine\-tuning.** * Experience automating developer workflows using AI tools. **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a company at the intersection of **fintech, data, and AI** , redefining how public\-sector suppliers access credit in Brazil, to build impactful, scalable solutions.
