Our platform enables **AI\-powered voice and text interactions** across different communication channels. The backend orchestrates multiple vendors for response generation, speech\-to\-text, and text\-to\-speech while integrating with CRMs and telecom providers. We are looking for a **Staff QA Engineer** to take ownership of quality across our backend platform and help define the next generation of our testing strategy.
