We're seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and delivery for our application\-level products. You will guide a compact team of 3\-5 engineers who develop educational applications serving thousands of students. **Potential Products Include** * Athena: AI\-powered videos and assessments producing measurable learning results * TeachTap: AI\-driven platform bringing historical personalities to life through a TikTok\-style learning interface * TeachTales: Customized, enchanting storytelling designed to enhance comprehension * TrashCat: Game\-based learning that makes education enjoyable and interactive This role balances individual contribution with leadership: you'll spend 50% building sophisticated features hands\-on and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create coding patterns, provide instructive code reviews, and support engineer development. Your accountability extends to team results, not solely your individual contributions. Compact team structure, substantial ownership, minimal bureaucracy.
