Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote - Latin America

We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming Senior Full\-Stack Engineer openings on a high\-scale product platform. This is a **backend\-heavy position \[Go]** where you’ll design and ship reliable services used by millions of users, while staying comfortable jumping into the **React** codebase when needed. **Core Requirements** * Design, build, test, deploy, and debug backend services (sync \+ async workloads) * Own features end\-to\-end: architecture, implementation, observability, and performance * Collaborate with Product/Design/Engineering to ship production\-ready functionality * Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing practices * Improve reliability and scalability (latency, throughput, resilience, cost) * Participate in code reviews and help uphold strong engineering standards **Core Requirements** * 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience * Strong **Golang** experience and solid service\-oriented architecture skills * Production experience with **cloud** infrastructure (ideally AWS) * Hands\-on with modern backend tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka (or equivalent) * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases * Comfortable being backend\-heavy while still contributing to **React** when needed * High ownership, independence, and ability to deliver with minimal guidance **Nice to have** * Experience with experimentation or growth platforms (A/B testing, feature flags, etc.) * Strong observability habits (metrics/logging/tracing, incident response) * Prior experience in highly regulated, fintech, or high\-compliance environments * Exposure to crypto / Web3 (not required) **Why Join Kake?** Kake is a remote\-first company with a global community — fully believing that it’s not where your table is, but what you bring to the table that matters.
