Instead of traditional banner ads, the company creates **AI\-native interactive ad formats**, including mini games embedded directly into AI companion experiences used by millions of users. This is a **founding\-stage opportunity** where you will work closely with the leadership team to design and build engaging mini games that can reach **tens of millions of users**. The environment is fast\-paced, highly autonomous, and ideal for developers who enjoy **shipping creative products quickly**. **About the Role** ------------------ We are looking for a **Game Developer** who can own the **entire game creation process**, from concept to launch. You will design and build **HTML5 mini games** that integrate with AI companions, allowing the AI to respond dynamically to gameplay events in real time. A typical mini game is expected to be built and shipped within **1–2 days**, so the ideal candidate is comfortable making independent decisions and moving quickly. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Design and build **HTML5 mini games from scratch**, including game logic, UI, visuals, and audio * Develop backend interactions that allow AI systems to react dynamically to in\-game events * Implement API calls, event payloads, and session state management * Identify key gameplay moments (wins, losses, milestones, power\-ups) and trigger AI responses * Create and implement sound design including music and effects * Use **generative AI tools** to accelerate production of art, audio, and code * Integrate completed games into the platform using SDKs and APIs * Ensure high visual and audio quality across all games * Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers with the team in English **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Strong experience with **HTML5 game development** using Canvas, WebGL, or frameworks such as **Phaser or PixiJS** * Understanding of **backend communication**, including REST APIs, WebSockets, and event\-driven systems * Proven ability to **ship complete games independently** (portfolio required) * Strong **game design instincts** for casual and engaging gameplay * Experience implementing audio and sound effects in games * Familiarity with **AI tools for development workflows** (e.g., generative art, audio, and coding tools) * Ability to work independently and deliver quickly * Professional **English communication skills** **Nice to Have** ---------------- * Experience with **casual or hyper\-casual games** * Experience with **mobile\-first game design** * Knowledge of **Node.js, Python, or lightweight backend runtimes** * Experience integrating **AI or LLM APIs** * Familiarity with the **Web Audio API** **Benefits** ------------ * Fully remote position (LATAM) * Work directly with the founding team * High ownership and creative freedom * Fast\-moving startup environment * Opportunity to build games used by **millions of users** **Hiring Process** ------------------ * Intro Call * Take\-Home Assignment * Final Interview * Offer
