You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance. **Position Overview:** As an SDET, you will play a critical role in designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross\-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts. * Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms. * Implement performance, load, and stress testing to validate system stability and scalability. * Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices. * Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. * Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream. **Required Skills and Qualifications** **Must\-have Skills:** * Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET. * Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C\#, Python, or JavaScript). * Hands\-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit). * Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured). * Advanced or fluent English communication skills. **Nice\-to\-have Skills:** * Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. * Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
