Experience in ERP systems is required, with a preference for experience in SAP ECC \& S/4HANA operation and supply chain modules. Operating with minimal supervision, this role performs moderately complex applications testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing support for smooth, stable, and timely delivery of ERP solutions. **Key Accountabilities** * Application configuration management: execute and maintain ERP application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures. * Application development \& deployment: + Support and be actively involved in full\-cycle ERP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go\-live and post\-go\-live support. + Full participation and support of ERP upgrades, patching, and enhancements/small projects * User communication \& support: Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs. * Application support: Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes. * Stakeholder management: Works with multi\-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals. * Vendor management: Manages positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts. * Analytical Thinking \& Problem Solving: Applied logic and structured thinking to solve complex technical problems, ensuring accuracy and diligence in every stage of development, testing, and documentation. * Business \& Financial Acumen: Initiative\-taking interest in understanding the financial and business landscape of the company to provide insights that turn technical data into a strategic tool for the organization. * Continuous Growth \& Self\-Development: Strong commitment to personal growth by seeking feedback and coaching, aligning career goals with the business, and maintaining an elevated level of self\-accountability. * Impactful Partnership \& Team Collaboration: Developed skills for effective cross\-functional collaboration, understanding customer needs to anticipate potential risks and identifying the best benefits of proposed solutions. * Execution Excellence \& Adaptability: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs, ensuring the successful end\-to\-end execution of projects. **Qualifications** * ERP Experience: Hands\-on expertise in ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA and non\-SAP) within a specific business domain (modul e.g. plan, deliver, make, quality management, warehouse management) * Configuration and editing of ERP platforms; understanding of integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware technologies. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. * English Advanced \- Portuguese Native * Effective communication and problem\-solving abilities; ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with programming languages (e.g., ABAP, HTML5\)
