Full Stack Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails / Remote LATAM

If you enjoy building robust web applications, this could be a great fit: **What we're looking for:** * 5\+ years of experience working with Ruby. * Solid experience building and maintaining backend applications using Ruby on Rails. * Experience with React and modern JavaScript for frontend development. * Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications. * Experience working with relational databases. * Familiarity with testing practices. * Experience working with Git and collaborating in team environments. * Understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance considerations. * Strong communication skills. * Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices. * Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2\). * Based in Latin America. **Nice to have:** * Experience experimenting with AI tools or AI\-assisted development workflows. * Spanish proficiency (intermediate level or higher). * Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
