We're looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, proficient in English, and excited to engage in remote collaboration for a worldwide presence. **About The Role** We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer** to help scale a mission\-critical platform used by organizations across multiple sectors, including nonprofits, government, and regulated environments. This is a foundational role where you will take ownership across the full stack — from mobile to backend systems — and contribute directly to architecture, performance, and product evolution. You won’t just execute tickets; you will help shape how the platform grows and scales in production. You will work in a fast\-paced, remote\-first environment alongside product and engineering leadership, building real features used by real users. This role requires strong technical ownership, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
