The Role: What You'll Actually Do Every Day You'll be our founding senior engineer — the technical leader of a small, fast team building AI\-powered call center analytics from the ground up. You'll use Claude Code CLI as your primary development tool, running parallel sessions while maintaining production\-quality standards. This isn't "use AI sometimes." This is AI\-first development where you orchestrate multiple coding agents and own the output. What you'll build: → LLM\-powered call transcript processing (search, summarization, QA scoring) → Multi\-tenant Python backend (FastAPI, async, RBAC, audit logs) → AI agent workflows that handle real production data at scale → CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment infrastructure → Customer\-facing features end\-to\-end — from AI pipeline to API to UI You'll also mentor and lead two junior developers who need senior guidance.
