The **Staff AI ML Engineer** is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions tailored to solve real business problems. As a **Staff AI ML Engineer,** the goal is to find the appropriate solution for the problem, which can range from simple rule\-based systems, such as specialized systems, to complex deep learning models, computer vision, LLMs, or optimization algorithms. Sometimes, the best solution will be ML\-driven, while other times, it might be something simpler. A scientific level of rigor is expected, with thorough documentation and reproducible experiments that demonstrate the effectiveness of each solution. It is also expected that you stay updated with AI advancements and effectively gather and incorporate domain expertise into AI development. Solutions are expected to be developed end\-to\-end, from experimentation to deployment, meeting high software engineering standards. You will also know when to apply an existing solution instead of developing a new one, accelerating value generation.
