Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Full time \| Home\-based \| R1523847 **Job Overview**We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Operations BI team within the Real World Solutions (RWS) organization and help the business make data\-driven decisions through fit for purpose analytics. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of business problems and stakeholders, bring efficiency through change and lead operational effectiveness projects related to analytics.**Responsibilities*** Design, develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI). * Clean, validate, and transform data using SQL to ensure its accuracy and reliability. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather their requirements and help them interpret analytical dashboards. * Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes. * Actively contribute to internal team activities and processes and suggest improvements. * Lead the development and execution of data\-driven strategies to improve business operations. **Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in data related field and/or software development or equivalent experience in analytics, data, or software development. * 3\+ years of experience in data analytics position (e.g., business analyst, data engineer). * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms. * Good knowledge of SQL and ability to construct and transform data using it. * Solid understanding of database management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the BI field. * Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications (not required but beneficial):*** Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis. * Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., SQL Server, AWS Redshift). * Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. * Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
