In this role, you will collaborate across teams to build and enhance scalable products, contribute to architectural decisions, and act as a technical partner to product stakeholders. By driving innovation in this space, they are helping people lead healthier, more productive lives. **Responsibilities** * Develop new products and features using modern backend technologies * Collaborate closely with QA to ensure product quality through test\-driven development (TDD) * Contribute to planning, design, and requirement discussions within your scrum team * Review code, participate in pair programming, and promote best practices * Drive architectural decisions and propose solutions for complex technical challenges * Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of existing systems Mentor junior and mid\-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Qualifications And Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 7\+ years of professional software development experience, including 2\+ years with Python * Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI * Hands\-on experience with OpenAPI and SQLAlchemy * Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift, etc.) * Experience designing and building scalable APIs and systems * Strong refactoring and code quality practices * Experience working in Linux/Unix environments * Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams * Experience mentoring other engineers **What we offer** * 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
