We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application\-layer products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3\-5 engineers as they develop educational applications serving thousands of students. **You May Contribute To Products Such As** * Athena: AI\-powered video and assessment generation that drives measurable learning gains * TeachTap: AI\-driven platform bringing historical personalities to life in a TikTok\-style educational interface * TeachTales: Customized, immersive storytelling designed to improve reading comprehension * TrashCat: Game\-based learning that makes education enjoyable and interactive This position combines hands\-on technical work with team enablement: approximately 50% of your time will be spent building sophisticated features, while the other 50% focuses on mentoring and empowering your engineers. You will define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional approach, and support engineer development. You are responsible for collective team results, not solely your individual contributions. Small teams, substantial ownership, minimal overhead.
