Workday Developer at BairesDev As a Senior Workday Developer, you'll design and build integrations, custom reports, and calculated fields across HCM and Financial modules. You'll work at the core of enterprise HR and finance systems, translating complex business requirements into reliable, scalable Workday solutions. What You'll Do: \- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). \- Build and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday HCM and Financial modules. \- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations. \- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. \- Apply best practices in Workday development to maintain scalable and maintainable solutions. \- Participate in testing and deployment cycles, validating integrations and reports meet business needs. What we are looking for: \- 4\+ years of experience in software development or enterprise platform development. \- Hands\-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB integrations. \- Proficiency in building custom reports and calculated fields in Workday. \- Background in Workday HCM and/or Financial modules. \- Familiarity with data transformation concepts and integration patterns. \- Advanced proficiency in English.
