We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and product delivery for our application\-level solutions. Your responsibilities include defining quality benchmarks, creating architectural patterns, conducting instructive code reviews, and facilitating engineer development. Team results fall under your accountability, extending beyond your personal code contributions. Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal administrative overhead.
