You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging complex technical requirements and desired business outcomes through architectural recommendations, technical workshops, and co\-created future\-state architectures. You will take ownership of solution validation through tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), while challenging the status quo and reframing customer perspectives to drive innovation. **Qualifications for Success** * Excellent presentation skills in front of technical and non\-technical key stakeholders, with solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to establish trust with clients and influence key decision\-makers. * Understanding of the API lifecycle and common integration patterns. * Familiarity with cloud technologies such as iPaaS, SaaS applications, automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, AI, and AI agents. * Ability to provide architectural recommendations and guide customers through complex technical decision\-making processes. * Skilled in facilitating technical workshops and discovery sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders. * Track record of building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to technical and functional elements of RFIs/RFPs. * A passion for technology and the ability to translate that passion into meaningful business impact for customers. * Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent relevant professional experience. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, consulting, or technical implementation. Ability to travel as needed. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a Solutions Engineering role for a software vendor in similar technologies (Integration, APIM, Automation, CRM, Analytics, etc.). * Previous experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica. * Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica Certifications. * Hands\-on development experience with languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
