SRE Engineer

We are global technology services company with a rapidly expanding footprint in the US. As an AWS Premier Tier services partner with over 700 in\-house engineers, we are growing our Cloud unit and looking for a **Junior–Mid Site Reliability Engineer** to support and maintain customer environments on AWS. This is a **customer\-facing, support \& maintenance–focused role**, working closely with **25–30 customers** in parallel. **Working hours:** Monday–Friday, **09:00–18:00 Israel time** (or later, depending on customer needs). **Responsibilities:** * Ongoing **support and maintenance** of customer cloud environments * Act as **main point of contact (POC)** for assigned customers * Handle monitoring, alerts, incidents, and escalations * Execute planned activities: **DR drills, restore drills, upgrades, migrations** * Support **EKS clusters**: updates, migrations, dependency handling * Assist during critical launches and production incidents * Work hands\-on with **AWS infrastructure** using **Terraform** * Use **Bash and Python** for automation, troubleshooting, and tooling * Identify improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams * Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation * Promote a strong customer experience and build long\-term trust Requirements: **Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:** * Strong experience with **Node.js development**. * Experience working with **databases (SQL or NoSQL)**. * Experience with **automation tools such as n8n** (or similar workflow tools). * Understanding of **AI concepts, LLMs, or AI agents**. * Experience building and integrating **REST APIs**. * Experience with **Docker**. * Comfortable working in **Linux (Ubuntu)** environments. * Ability to write **clean, maintainable, and scalable code**. * English (spoken and written). **What We Offer:** * 21 days of paid leave per year * 7 days of sick leave annually * Health insurance * English\-speaking clubs * Corporate events and team\-building activities * Long\-term cooperation * Annual performance review * All necessary technical equipment provided * Hybrid work format: 4 days in the office, 1 day fully remote
