**Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop python code that is used to automatically validate compliance of grid scale Solar Farms and BESS systems. * Be responsible for the compliance analysis python library at a code level, which will include Plotly, matplotlib, numpy and pandas. * Will run EMT (PSCAD) and PSSe (RMS) automations and compliance analysis of CSV results. * Identification and conversion of input file formats to standard arrays, i.e. numpy, pandas. * Time domain data analysis in Python and Python plotting in Plotly and Matplotlib. Advanced python implementations including: modularity of code, installable libraries, backward compatibility, library version control, etc. * Compliance analysis data processing, for example, full multiple simulation to reporting workflow. * Develop algorithms to process time domain data, for example: rise time, intersection of shapes, signal exceeds 5% bounds. * Experience with EMT or RMS power systems study automation (python wrapping) required. * PSCAD and PSCAR PMR / super\-compute experience a plus. * Experience with Solar Farm Dynamic and 2D analysis a plus, like PQ characteristics of solar inverters and aggregate solar farms. * Test compliance of models supporting the optimized design of integrated systems of utility\-scale PV, ESS, battery management systems, power converters and their connection to medium voltage power systems. * Collaborate regularly with cross\-functional teams to enhance system design, safety, and performance. * Document system designs, modeling results, and testing documentation, providing regular updates on project milestones. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field. * Required 1 year of experience in python automation of power systems studies. Talented graduates considered. * Expertise in engineered applications and solutions for PV/ESS installations. * Understanding of IEEE1547 and IEEE2800, grid codes or other equivalent grid codes for Dynamic and Two\-Dimensional assessments of P, Q, I, V characteristics of Solar Farms. * Very strong python skills with a core passion for Python coding. * Strong time domain and two dimensional mathematical skills. Strong in spatial mathematics. * Preferred experience with power systems simiulations such as PSCAD, PSSe or equivalent EMT and RMS simulation tools. * You bring a passion for renewable energy combined with a love of advanced python automation. * Strong problem\-solving, attention to detail, and safety awareness. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross\-functional teams. * Ability to thrive in high\-pressure environments while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
