Front-End/Full Stack Engineer (React + UI/UX Design)

LumiMeds is leading telehealth company helping people achieve better health through personalized, science\-backed care. We specialize in weight loss treatments — including GLP\-1 medications and other medication delivered through a seamless online experience that combines clinical expertise with thoughtful design. We're looking for a Front\-End Engineer with strong UI/UX design skills — someone who can create beautiful, modern and intuitive interfaces from scratch. You'll help shape the look, feel, and flow of our entire digital experience, from onboarding to patient dashboards. What You'll Do • Design and build responsive, modern front\-end experiences using React and Tailwind CSS • Own the UI/UX process end\-to\-end — from wireframes and mockups to polished production components • Translate business goals into intuitive, patient\-friendly user flows and visuals • Collaborate with product and backend teams to define functionality, usability, and interaction design • Build reusable component systems with attention to accessibility, consistency, and performance • Apply UI/UX best practices without constant design supervision • Continuously refine visuals, interactions, and UX through feedback and analytics What We're Looking For • 3\+ years of front\-end experience with React (Next.js experience a plus) • Strong design capability — able to craft wireframes, mockups, and final layouts independently (Figma or similar tools) • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and accessibility • Portfolio demonstrating your ability to design and build modern interfaces from concept to completion
