Enjoy the flexibility of a 100% remote role anywhere in Latin America. **What You'll Do** * Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Database principles. * Involvement in various aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements clarification, design, implementation, testing, and support. * Conduct system analysis, plan, and perform all product development work in an efficient manner with limited support. * Provide accurate estimation of work implementation and testing with consistency. * Responsible for design and development (with architect/lead support) of complex components or sub\-components of a product(s) with a focus on product quality and performance. * Responsible for analysis of current products including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of product problems, and designing solutions to address problematic areas. * Mentor Junior \& Intermediate developers; analyze user stories and translate to task specifications with estimates for junior programmers. * Provide troubleshooting support \& perform root cause analysis of issues for production deployments; identify and implement solutions. **What You Have** * Required Skills * 5\+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer, with a strong background in web application development and product implementation. * Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for a minimum of 5 years. * Expertise in full\-stack development using React (frontend) and C\# (backend). * Hands\-on experience with .NET Core, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Entity Framework. * Strong understanding of SQL databases, including experience in building and optimizing data\-driven applications. * Practical experience developing with Azure Functions and working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. **What You'll Gain** * Full\-time, remote position in a quickly growing company. * Competitive salary with regular revisions. * Many excellent programs and benefits. * In\-house IT and English training and certifications. * Flexible work environment. * International team with opportunities to work abroad. **Who We Are** WebCreek is a provider of world\-class software development teams and technical staff augmentation.
