The role is suited for someone who is comfortable with a micro\-managed structure, providing clear visibility into task statuses, and is looking for a long\-term partnership. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web\-based products using Ruby on Rails. * Provide clear and consistent visibility into the status of tasks and projects. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment. * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. **Required Qualifications** * Experience in Ruby on Rails. * Proficiency with RSpec, MySQL, and Git. * Exposure to Unix (Linux/MacOS). * Strong experience with Javascript. **Nice To Have Skills** * Experience with Vue.js. * Exposure to Salesforce integration. *Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
