You’re also a natural leader—someone who can guide a team, delegate effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high\-impact projects. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 2–4\+ years building custom automations * Expert in no\-code/low\-code platforms: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Bubble.io * Strong experience with AI integration platforms: VAPI, Retell * Proficiency with Twilio and Go High Level * Advanced coding in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and API development * Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with remote teams * Strong business acumen and client\-facing communication skills * Proven ability to manage and mentor developers **What You’ll Do** * Lead multi\-channel outreach automation projects * Design scalable AI communication workflows * Build tools for call, text, and email sequencing * Implement conversational AI that sounds genuinely human * Translate business problems into automated solutions * **Manage and mentor a team of developers** * **Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and team alignment** * **Collaborate cross\-functionally with operations and strategy leads** **Must\-Haves** * Portfolio of past automation projects * Experience with conversational AI * Track record of successful project delivery * Understanding of compliance in multi\-channel communications * Highly responsive and available * **Leadership experience in a technical environment** Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: From R$32\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
