Chief DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a **Chief DevOps Engineer** to join our organization. In this position, you will be instrumental in defining the strategy for our cloud infrastructure and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure systems that drive our business forward.   **Responsibilities** * Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment * Guide technical discovery workshops and lead requirements collection with stakeholders * Facilitate architecture evaluation sessions with clients to ensure solutions meet industry standards * Create infrastructure as code using Terraform for deploying and managing Amazon Bedrock agent core * Integrate systems with identity providers and agent gateways to maintain secure connectivity * Link Langflow backend with agent core to support efficient data exchange * Develop and incorporate strands within the Langflow UI to enhance user interaction   **Requirements** * More than 7 years of practical experience in DevOps or similar fields * At least 2 years of experience in leading and supervising technical teams * Participation in at least two complete project cycles or involvement in multiple projects across various development stages * Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, with a focus on Amazon Bedrock and cloud\-native solutions * Skilled in using infrastructure as code platforms such as CloudFormation and Terraform * Advanced proficiency in CI/CD automation tools and frameworks * Strong expertise in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as orchestration and serverless technologies * Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, at B2\+ level or above   **Nice to have** * Background in building AI agents and working with generative AI solutions * Experience with Amazon S3 and Azure Blob Storage for effective data storage management * Ability to plan and execute activities during the discovery phase * Understanding of systems architecture and design principles   **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
