Back End Developer

We’re looking for a **skilled Backend Engineer** to join our team and help build high\-impact, user\-facing features for a global\-scale platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping product functionality from concept to launch, working alongside world\-class engineers, product managers, and designers. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and enhance backend features that power user\-facing experiences. * Contribute to all phases of the product development cycle — from gathering requirements and implementation to A/B testing and validating releases. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (design, product, and client teams) to ensure smooth end\-to\-end functionality. * Write automated tests and maintain high\-quality, scalable, and reliable code. * Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend systems. **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong understanding of backend development principles and best practices. * Experience building scalable consumer or business\-facing applications. * Proficiency in **Python** or **Java** , including RESTful APIs, caching, data processing, and storage systems. * Hands\-on experience with **Big Data Systems** (e.g., **Hadoop, Spark** ) and **Distributed Systems** . * Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and long\-lasting code. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and growth\-oriented mindset.
