You will own the design and evolution of Evvolve’s outbound infrastructure, working inside tools such as Clay and more to build intelligent, high\-performing workflows that power investor acquisition at scale. This role goes far beyond typical automation. You will be building entirely new GTM frameworks — systems that don’t yet exist — and pushing workflows to their technical and conceptual limits. **Key Responsibilities** * Architect and scale advanced outbound workflows, connecting data, enrichment layers, and logic\-driven triggers. * Build multidimensional workflows that act across functions, from data structuring to outreach orchestration. * Experiment with new configurations and data logic to continuously increase system precision, personalization, and efficiency. * Invent and refine unique frameworks that redefine how GTM systems are built, tested, and scaled. * Operate with high independence while collaborating with leadership on long\-term GTM infrastructure strategy. **Qualifications** * 3–5\+ years in growth engineering, data automation, or GTM systems design. * Expert\-level proficiency in Clay and outbound tools, capable of architecting large\-scale, interlinked workflows well beyond standard use cases. * Analytical, inventive, and comfortable operating with limited precedents or guidelines. * Strong English communication and a structured, methodical approach to experimentation. * Obsessed with optimization, precision, and pushing the boundaries of what’s technically possible. **Why Join Us** * High autonomy and ownership: You’ll design, test, and scale systems without bureaucracy or templates. * True intellectual challenge: This is a sandbox for building GTM systems no one has built before. * Direct global impact: Your workflows directly influence how capital is raised and deals are executed worldwide. * High\-performance environment: Collaborate with a leadership team that values technical excellence and speed of innovation. * Competitive compensation with performance\-based upside.
