Nosso escritório é em Chicago (EUA), mas a nossa atuação é remota e/ou híbrida. \- Inglês mandatório \- Position: Tech Lead Location: Remote (Office in Chicago, USA) Seniority: Senior Contract Model: Independent Contractor (Brazil PJ) We are looking for a Tech Lead to act as both a technical reference and a people leader within agile squads, driving end\-to\-end delivery and ensuring client value. What you will do * Lead and mentor agile, multidisciplinary software squads. * Ensure team growth through mentoring, feedback, and technical practices (pair programming, code reviews, coding dojos). * Drive high\-quality delivery in fast\-paced environments. * Manage Lean processes, optimizing flow and reducing waste. What were looking for * Strong background in C\#/.NET development. * Experience in team leadership and agile process management. * Hands\-on with Automated Testing (TDD, BDD) and CI/CD. * Knowledge of Systems Architecture and development best practices (Design Patterns, Clean Code). * Cloud development experience. * Advanced English (excellent verbal communication).
