Key responsibilities include: * Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms * Implement real\-time and batch data ingestion strategies * Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment * Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers * Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment * Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms **Requirements** * 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture. * Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering. * Fluency in English **Software / Tools** * Segment CDP * Braze * Snowflake * Scripting Languages (Python / JS) **Other Critical Skills** * Reverse ETL * Data Orchestration Platforms * Customer Data Schema Design * Consent \& Preference Management * Data modeling and ETL/ELT Pipeline * API Integrations / Webhooks * Customer journey mapping and automation logic **Benefits** This position comes with competitive compensation and benefits package: * Competitive salary and performance\-based bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package * Career development and training opportunities * Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office\-based) * Dynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally reknowned group * Private Health Insurance * Pension Plan * Paid Time Off * Training \& Development
