The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front\-end and back\-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Day\-to\-day tasks include collaborating with cross\-functional teams, designing and implementing user interfaces, and developing server\-side logic to support web functionality. The engineer will also be tasked with writing clean, maintainable code, debugging, and optimizing application performance. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **scalable web applications** using **React.js / Node.js** . * Work with **relational and non\-relational databases** (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). * Design, build, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** , automated testing, and deployment workflows. * Configure and manage **cloud environments** (AWS, GCP, Supabase, Firebase, etc.). * Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best development practices. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and review peers’ code. * *(Nice to have)* Contribute to **mobile apps in Flutter** or features involving **AI and automation** . **Qualifications** **Required** * Proficiency in React.js / Next.js (front\-end) and Node.js/GoLang (back\-end). * Experience in back\-end Web Development: Node.js, GoLang, C\# or similar * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments. * Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, and Git\-based workflows. * Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred** : * Experience with Flutter (mobile/web). * Knowledge of AI, automation and RAG\-based solutions. * Experience with Supabase or Firebase ecosystems. * Previous experience working in startups or fast\-paced product teams. **Why Join Us** * Build innovative products for startups and scale\-ups shaping the future. * Work with autonomy and freedom to propose and lead solutions. * Learn fast in a collaborative and agile environment. * 100% remote and flexible work culture.
