Full Stack React/Node.js Developer – Nearshore (Remote | Fintech Project)

RapidView Technologies is looking for a talented **Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js)** to join our nearshore engineering team supporting U.S. clients in the **FinTech domain** . This is a remote position open to candidates across **Latin America and Canada** who can collaborate with teams working in **U.S. EST/CST time zones** . **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain scalable web applications using **React.js** on the frontend and **Node.js** on the backend. * Implement responsive UI/UX designs, integrate APIs, and optimize performance. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical input during sprint planning. * Write clean, testable, and reusable code following best practices. * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience in **React.js** and **Node.js** development. * Strong knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript** , REST APIs, and JSON. * Experience with **SQL/NoSQL databases** (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). * Familiarity with **AWS** or other cloud platforms is a plus. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good written and verbal communication in English. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. **Workplace Type:** Remote (Nearshore – Latin America / Canada) **Engagement:** Full\-time Contract
