Semi Senior Rust Developer at BairesDev As a Rust Developer, you'll contribute to building high\-performance, safe, and concurrent systems using Rust. You'll work on developing efficient applications, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and participate in the design and implementation of scalable solutions while growing your expertise in systems programming. What You'll Do: \- Develop and maintain Rust applications focusing on performance and safety. \- Implement concurrent and parallel programming solutions. \- Collaborate with teams to design and build scalable systems. \- Participate in code reviews and follow Rust best practices. \- Debug and optimize existing Rust codebases. \- Contribute to technical documentation and system design discussions. What we are looking for: \- 3\+ years of experience in software development with Rust or systems programming. \- Knowledge of Rust programming language and its ecosystem. \- Understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization. \- Experience with version control systems and development workflows. \- Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. \- Advanced level of English.
