**Microsoft Power Apps Builder** Location: Brazil (Remote preferred; ability to overlap 4\+ hours with U.S. Eastern Time) Engagement: Contract (6–12 months, extendable) Start: ASAP (within 1–2 weeks) Language: Portuguese (fluent) and English (professional) **About the Role** We’re seeking a hands\-on Power Platform specialist to design, build, and deliver business\-ready Microsoft Power Apps solutions—end\-to\-end. You’ll partner with business and IT to translate requirements into scalable apps, flows, and data models with strong governance and ALM. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop Canvas and Model\-Driven Power Apps, Power Pages (nice\-to\-have). * Build and maintain Power Automate flows (scheduled, instant, approval). * Model data in Dataverse; create tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles. * Integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems via standard/custom connectors (REST, JSON). * Implement environment strategy, ALM, and solution packaging (Dev/Test/Prod). * Apply Power Fx, component libraries, responsive UI, and performance tuning best practices. * Enforce security, DLP policies, and platform governance. * Create documentation, user guides, and provide enablement/training. * Triage production issues and deliver iterative enhancements with Agile ceremonies. **Must\-Have Qualifications** * 3–5\+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps \+ Power Automate). * Strong Dataverse experience (schema design, security, business rules). * Demonstrated delivery of at least 3 end\-to\-end apps in production. * Proficiency with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, custom connectors. * Experience with solution\-aware components and ALM (solutions, environments, pipelines). * Solid understanding of governance/DLP and tenant\-level best practices. * Fluent Portuguese and working English; excellent stakeholder communication. * Based in Brazil, eligible to work locally, and available immediately. **Nice\-to\-Have** * PL\-100, PL\-200, PL\-400 certifications. * Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Service Bus). * Power Pages, PCF controls, or TypeScript/React experience. * Exposure to Dynamics 365, SQL/Azure SQL, Azure DevOps/GitHub for CI/CD. * Experience in enterprise governance and CoE Starter Kit. **Soft Skills** * Product thinking, rapid prototyping, and crisp documentation. * Ability to turn vague requirements into clear, testable user stories. * Ownership mindset; comfortable operating in fast\-moving environments.
