Your mission: **finish and harden it, productionize it, and lead our migration to an Azure\-native platform** as we scale from prototype to enterprise\-grade system. **Tech Stack** **Monorepo:** Web App \+ Excel Add\-in **Frontend** Next.js 15 · React · Tailwind · TypeScript · Office.js Excel Taskpane Add\-in **Backend / Workflows** FastAPI (Container Apps) · Azure Durable Functions (orchestration / HITL) **Data Layer** Azure Postgres Flexible (RLS \+ pgBouncer) · Blob Storage · Azure Cache for Redis **Platform \& Infra** API Management (APIM) · Azure Front Door \+ WAF · Private Endpoints / VNE **T** **Security \& Monitoring** Key Vault (Managed Identity) · App Insights / Monitor (traces \+ cost dashboards) **DevOps \& Auth** GitHub Actions CI/CD · Clerk / Entra SSO **What You’ll Build** * Complete and stabilize the MVP (Supabase → Azure migration). * Architect production\-ready **FastAPI microservices** for parsing, ingestion \& deal automation. * Orchestrate background \& human\-in\-loop flows via **Azure Durable Functions** . * Extend the Excel Add\-in for comps, sensitivities, and automated **deal outputs (LOIs, pitch decks, summaries, recommended assumptions)** . * Stand up observability dashboards, rate limits, and private\-endpoint networking. * Leverage AI\-assisted dev tools ( **Cursor, Claude Code** ) to ship 10× faster and document as you go. - **Expected Outcomes** * MVP feature\-complete and hardened with test coverage * Core data \+ API services deployed on Azure (Postgres Flexible \+ Functions) * Excel Add\-in live with first connected workflow * Monitoring, alerts \& RLS security verified * Average API latency \< **300 ms** ; background jobs \< **10 s E2E** **Experience** * 7 \+ years full\-stack (TypeScript \+ Python) * Deep Azure production experience (Functions, Container Apps, APIM, Key Vault) * Strong product sense and UX intuition for data\-heavy apps * Fintech / PropTech background a plus * Fluent English · builder’s mindset · bias toward shipping **Selection Process** * 90\-minute async coding test. * Technical interview \+ repo review. * Paid trial sprint (build a real feature). **Compensation \& Setup** **$45 – 65 / hr,** full\-time remote, EST overlap, immediate start.
