Senior DevOps Engineer

Our platform provides end\-to\-end solutions for event organizers, including registration, attendee management, event websites, and networking tools. We’re looking for a world\-class **Senior DevOps Engineer** to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, ensure reliability at scale, and drive improvements across our AWS\-based architecture. You’ll work with a high\-performing international team building products used globally \- where your expertise will directly impact performance, scalability, and developer productivity. **What You’ll Do** * Manage and evolve our existing AWS\-based infrastructure * Upgrade and improve the overall system architecture for scalability and resilience * Define infrastructure using **Terraform** and/or **CloudFormation** * Manage **IAM policies**, **KMS encryption**, **Secrets Manager**, and key rotations * Maintain and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** (Bitbucket Pipelines, CodeDeploy) * Manage **ECS/EKS**, **Fargate**, and **Docker** environments * Oversee **MySQL**, **PostgreSQL**, and **ClickHouse** operations for high\-load systems * Monitor performance, report on project status, and document architecture * Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and leadership to ensure operational excellence **What We’re Looking For** * **5\+ years of hands\-on experience** in DevOps or cloud infrastructure for production\-grade, high\-traffic systems * Strong expertise with **AWS services** (RDS, Lambda, Route53, EC2, Auto Scaling, DynamoDB, CodeDeploy, etc.) * Solid knowledge of **MySQL**, **PostgreSQL**, and at least basic **ClickHouse** experience * Proficiency in **Terraform** and/or **CloudFormation** with solid IaC practices * Experience managing **CI/CD** pipelines (Bitbucket preferred) * Good scripting skills (**Bash** or similar) * Understanding of **networking**, **autoscaling**, and **serverless architectures** * Familiarity with **ECS/EKS**, **Fargate**, and **Docker** * Experience managing **IAM**, **KMS**, **SSM**, and **Secrets Manager** * Technical English sufficient for collaboration and communicating with AWS Support * Responsible, reliable, and proactive mindset * Knowledge of **PHP** or **Python** (a plus) **We offer you more than just a new job title:** * Fast professional growth within an international, high\-impact team * Opportunity to shape and scale a product with global demand * Financial stability and a competitive salary * Flexible working hours (Mon–Fri, 8h/day) * Free English courses and a supportive environment * Collaborative and friendly atmosphere Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$155,232\.32 \- R$240,691\.90 per year Experience: * Terraform (Required) * IAM policies (Required) * AWS CloudFormation (Required) * MySQL, PostgreSQL (Required)
