Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients, thanks to: * Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen, in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues. * Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide. **Your missions** * Design scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with business objectives * Act as a technical reference, guiding Salesforce developers and administrators * Define system architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies with legacy systems (REST/SOAP APIs) * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform governance * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure delivery quality * Support DevOps processes, versioning, and deployments with a focus on automation and performance **Your profile** * Advanced experience as Salesforce Architect in medium to large\-scale projects * Mastery of Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, etc.) and technical components such as Apex, LWC, and Flows * Solid knowledge in integrations, data modeling, and platform security * Academic background: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Portuguese: Mother tongue; English: Intermediate/Advanced (required for interactions with international teams) * Experience with Archicad and Salesforce API * Experience with DevOps tools and automation (nice to have) * Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) are strong assets * You have excellent communication skills, systemic vision, and the ability to technically lead agile squads **What We Offer** * An international community, bringing together 110\+ different nationalities * An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities * A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250\+ available modules * A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) * Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program *Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal\-opportunity workplace.
