SAP HANA / JavaScript (XSC & XSA) - Senior Consultant

**What you will do** As a Senior Consultant, you will design, develop, and optimize high\-performance applications leveraging SAP HANA and its native development environments (XSC and XSA). You will play a key role in enabling advanced data processing, analytics, and integration across enterprise systems, ensuring scalable and efficient digital architectures. Your main responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to design and implement SAP HANA–based solutions aligned with business and performance goals. * Developing efficient data models (Calculation Views, SQLScript, Procedures, Functions) that support analytical and transactional workloads. * Designing and implementing ETL and data integration processes to load and transform data from multiple source systems. * Conducting performance optimization using tools such as PlanViz, partitioning strategies, and indexing. * Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. * Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues related to SAP HANA configurations, models, or code. * Collaborating with data scientists, architects, and business analysts to translate complex requirements into robust HANA solutions. **What we are looking for** Requirements * Strong knowledge of XS Classic (XSJS) and XS Advanced (Node.js/Java) frameworks. * Hands\-on experience with HDI Containers, role management, and privilege configuration. * Expertise in OData/REST service exposure, security, and authorization concepts. * Experience with migration from XSC to XSA, including refactoring, dependency handling, and deployment pipelines. * Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and transport mechanisms (HDI/MTAR). * Ability to design native HANA applications following best practices and integrate them seamlessly with S/4HANA and external systems.
