Some examples of what you might do: * 🚀 Build greenfield Django apps for startups * 🏢 Develop mission\-critical Python systems for large enterprises * 🤝 Embed with client teams to improve their engineering practices * 🧠 Coach teams on **Software Craftsmanship** \& **Extreme Programming** You’ll collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features **end\-to\-end — from APIs to UIs.** **Your Tech Toolbox** **Backend\-biased expectations:** * 🐍 Python \& Django (other Python frameworks considered) * 🗃️ Strong SQL \& data modelling skills * ☁️ AWS (SNS, SQS, EKS, S3\) * 🐳 Kubernetes \+ Terraform \+ CI/CD (CodeFresh, GitHub Actions) * 💡 Kotlin experience?
