Senior Webflow Developer

**Job description** BX Studio, a leading Webflow design\-and\-development agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Webflow Developer to own and elevate our most complex web projects. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and junior developers to deliver pixel\-perfect, high\-performance sites—on time, on budget, and at the cutting edge of Webflow’s capabilities. Fluency in English and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. **What you’ll do** * Lead builds end\-to\-end—from scoping and wireframes to launch and post\-launch optimizations. * Architect scalable Webflow systems (components, class structures, CMS schema) using Client\-First or similar methodologies. * Mentor and review junior developers, establishing best practices for accessibility, performance, and responsive design. * Implement advanced features such as memberships, logic flows, complex animations, e\-commerce, API and Zapier/Make integrations, and custom code embeds. * Translate design files (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into production\-ready Webflow sites with perfect fidelity and micro\-interaction polish. * Optimize SEO, page speed, and analytics, ensuring Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals targets are met. * Interface directly with clients and internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance, accurate estimates, and proactive solutions. * Continuously improve our workflow, researching new Webflow releases, no\-code tools, and automation to keep BX Studio at the forefront of the industry. **Role requirements** * 3\+ years of professional Webflow development (or 6\+ years front\-end with 3\+ in Webflow). * Demonstrated portfolio of complex, high\-traffic Webflow sites—including CMS, e\-commerce, and custom interactions. * Expert\-level understanding of Client\-First nomenclature and component libraries (Relume, Flowbase, etc.). * Proficiency with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6\+), and REST/GraphQL APIs; comfortable writing custom code when Webflow’s native tools aren’t enough. * Sharp eye for detail and commitment to pixel\-perfect execution across breakpoints and browsers. * Leadership and mentorship experience—able to set code standards, run code reviews, and upskill teammates. * Strong project\-management skills: accurate scoping, clear documentation, and a track record of hitting deadlines. * High degree of reliability, initiative, and integrity in a fully remote environment. * Availability to work core hours in either EST or PST time zones. **About BX Studio** BX Studio is a remote\-first digital agency helping ambitious brands build and elevate their web presence.
