Their tasks include designing system architectures, writing and reviewing high\-quality code, running advanced tests, and solving critical issues. Acts as a mentor for junior developers, promoting best practices and agile methodologies. With expertise in various technologies, it ensures the delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. **Key Areas of Responsibility** * Design, implement, and optimize software algorithms for real\-time systems; * Develop and maintain real\-time software applications; * Write procedural, object\-oriented, and scripting code (C, C\+\+, Java, Ada, Python); * Maintain and refactor existing code to ensure high\-quality standards; * Review and debug code to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices; * Utilize compilers effectively to optimize software performance; * Work within Linux environments (specifically RedHat\-like or Rocky); * Develop tests as part of the "Test driven development" process to ensure code meets specifications and requirements; * Perform "Test driven specification" by defining requirements and specifications; * Test software continuously to ensure robustness, error\-free functionality, and performance compliance; * Develop and maintain software specifications and documentation; * Design software solutions that meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements; * Ensure requirement traceability throughout the software development lifecycle; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions; * Continuously update your technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred; * Proven expertise in software specification, requirement traceability, and software architecture; * Strong knowledge on procedural languages (such as C); * Knowledge on object\-oriented programming languages (such as C\+\+, Java); * Knowledge on scripting languages like Python is a plus; * Extensive experience working in Linux environments (RedHat\-like or Rocky); * In\-depth understanding of software algorithms and their applications in real\-time systems; * Experience with compilers and profiling tools; * Familiarity with ADA and Asterix protocols is a strong plus; * Experience with critical systems in aerospace, defense, or similar industries is highly desirable.
