**About The Role** The Systems Engineer Pleno – Service Now, will support incident management and technical operations, focusing on Service Desk, ServiceNow, and Windows systems. This office\-based role involves rotational shifts and requires advanced level in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Key responsibilities include resolving incidents, maintaining system performance, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating on process improvements. Candidates should hold certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals. **In This Role, You Will** * Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. * Provide technical support and guidance to users through the Service Desk. * Utilize Service Now to track management and resolve incidents and service requests. * Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. * Ensure all incidents are logged prioritized and resolved within agreed service levels. * Conduct root cause analysis to prevent incidents. * Maintain and support Windows\-based systems to ensure optimal performance. * Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incident status. * Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage. * Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent issues. * Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and applications. * Contribute to the development of training materials for end\-users. **Work model:** On Site At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work\-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
